Editorial Policy for Sustainability Website
Editorial Policy
The Yokohama Rubber Group aims to "contribute to happiness and prosperity through manufacturing that embodies both heart and technology," and under our medium-term management plan YX2026, we are carrying out business activities rooted in local communities around the world.
To ensure that all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, have a clear understanding of our management strategy and business activities as a whole, we believe it is crucial to systematically present and explain non-financial information, such as social, environmental, and human resource aspects, as well as corporate governance, alongside financial information including performance, business overview, and management strategies.
Therefore, we have been publishing an integrated report since fiscal year 2022, aiming for enhanced comprehensiveness and integration of non-financial information.
This report emphasizes stakeholder perspectives and is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of our group's policies, action guidelines, sustainability philosophy, direction, specific initiatives, performance, and connections to the SDGs and other international agreements.
