We are aware of recent media reports regarding USTR’s request for a USMCA review concerning our Mexico plant (Yokohama Tire Manufacturing Mexico, S.A. de C.V.), which is currently under construction.

We believe that our company and local subsidiary comply with Mexican labor laws, and respect workers' fundamental rights and maintain a completely neutral stance regarding union activities.

We will cooperate fully and sincerely should relevant authorities request an investigation.
