Right after the race restarted, Felix ROSENQVIST and Sam MACLEOD took advantage of Charles LECLERC’s slipstream and they passed him at the Lisboa Bend. However Charles LECLERC overtook Sam MACLEOD at the Lisboa Bend in the 7th lap and ranked up to second place. Sam MACLEOD, now in third, hit the tire barrier in the mountain side in the 8th lap and the damage to his left rear wheel forced him to pit.

In the last scene of the race, with Felix ROSENQVIST in the lead, Charles LECLERC in second, Alexander SIMS took over the third position and they kept the equal distance as they quickly orbited around the course in the 2’10” time zone however, the rank order stayed the same.
