Tokyo – The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced today that it informally decided the below-mentioned changes of senior management at the meeting of the board of directors held on May 20, 2011. The changes will formally be approved after the general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 29, 2011. The company has already informally decided the changes in its representative directorship of the board that will formally be approved on the same day.
