Hiratsuka, Japan—The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced today that it has begun supplying its BluEarth-FE AE30 tires as original equipment (OE) to Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (hereafter, Mitsubishi Motors) for use on the automaker’s new mini-vehicle, eK Space, which was launched in October 2025. The eK Space is being equipped with 155/65R14 75S size tires.

The BluEarth-FE AE30 is a fuel-efficient standard tire from the BluEarth YOKOHAMA global tire brand based on the concept of being “environmentally, human, and socially friendly”. It demonstrates excellent fuel efficiency and a high level of balance between basic performance properties such as quietness, comfortable performance, a comfortable ride, and long life.

The new eK Space combines easy handling on city streets with a modern, approachable design that appeals to a wide range of generations. Its roomy and comfortable interior also ensures a pleasant driving experience.
